Leadership development program (50 hours)
This 50-hour course is an introduction to coaching and self-leadership. You will increase your self-awareness, explore your strengths, and set development goals for yourself. You will experience and practice coaching, learn about ways to build great relationships and understand how you can interact with others in a way that matches your intentions.

No previous knowledge required.
Duration
3 Modules of 2 full days - face to face
2 Virtual session of 2 hours.

Our courses are runned with a small and exclusive group to maximize learning.
The course fee includes 6 conference days with lunch & refreshments.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellations 60 days or more prior to course gives you a full refund. Cancellations 30 days or more prior to course gives you 50% of your deposit refunded.
Cancellations 29-15 days before course starts gives you a 30% refund. Cancellations 14 days or less before course starts gives no refund – but you can give away your seat at the course to someone else.
