Training at your company
The LEARN Coaching Curriculum is available as internal training at your company. You can chose to run the complete journey, or pick one or two courses to fit your situation and context. We are also happy to work with you to create a tailor-made program for your company, designed to fit your values, leadership principles, context and development needs.
We experience that the corporate world crave the very best in coach training, and we are happy to make high end training and credentialing available on internal programs.
Our Coaching Education is accredited by The International Coaching Federation (ICF). Any course you pick from our Curriculum will grant particpants a diploma that certifies they can use their training hours towards the 60 hours of approved coach training they need to become certified by ICF. Employees already certified by ICF can use our training hours for their renewal, as CCE (Continuing coaching education).
