Toril Nygreen Grave

Toril Nygreen Grave has a degree in Pedagogy, and another in Value-Based Leadership. She holds the MCC credential from ICF and has served as President of ICF Norway. 

Toril has more than 20 years of corporate experience, and loves har work as an executive coach and course facilitator. As the founder of TNG Consulting she knows what it takes to build a coaching business from scratch. Today she delivers coaching and leadership training for some of Norways largest companies.

Toril’s areas of expertise include executive coaching, design and facilitation of bespoke leadership programmes, and effective relationship training. Development of people has always been Toril’s passion, and a red thread through her career.  Before her consulting days she worked as a HR Manager for a global shipping company.

Toril has an exceptional ability to connect with and engage other people. She is an inspiring instructor and facilitator, creating energy and eagerness to learn in her audience.

Toril is a tough coach, challenging leaders to be accountable both for their own performance and the corporation's strategy. Her clients name stronger professional relationships, increased awareness of personal values and self confidence as outcomes of coaching with Toril.

Toril has taught coaching within organisations and as faculty for other coachingschools. Together with Jenny Bergh she has taken her passion for coach training to the next level when developing LEARN Coaching.

Jenny Bergh

Jenny Bergh has a degree in Theology and Value based leadership and has studied Creativity and Pedagogical Leadership. She holds the PCC credential from ICF and has served as board member at ICF Charter Chapter of Sweden.

Jenny has many years of experience from a broad perspective of industries and areas as coach, leadership trainer, course facilitator and leader. As the founder of KHRAFT Jenny s vision is to create a meaningful workplace that challenge and develop its customers as well as colleagues. Today she and her team deliver coaching, and leadership training for local entrepreneurs, growing start-ups and some of Sweden’s largest organisations and companies. She works with management teams and alongside CEOs. 

Jenny’s areas of expertise include executive coaching, design and facilitation of bespoke programmes within leadership, coaching, communication team interaction and gender equality etc. Jenny has always had a drive for change and development especially within the areas of leadership and organization. With a passion for leaders and the people they lead she has written two bespoke books about Gender Equality, composed material within coaching and leadership training.

Jenny is an engaged facilitator with a high professional standard and known for her skills. Coaching and teaching with a passion that creates change in her clients life and leadership as well as in their world. 

Jenny has taught coaching within organisations and as faculty for other coaching schools and leadership schools. She has been the leader of Coaching Academy Sweden. Together with Toril Nygreen Grave she has taken her passion for coach training to the next level when developing LEARN Coaching.
