Explore Your Compass

A starting point for reflection

Many of us spend years developing professional expertise, yet far less time reflecting on what drives us, what matters most to us, and the strengths and resources we bring into the world.

At LEARN, we believe it is valuable to explore, understand, and take ownership of your Internal Compass. Whether these questions help you begin that journey or build on insights you already have, we hope they inspire reflection, awareness, and curiosity.

The questions below are intended as a starting point for reflection. They are designed to help you put words to different aspects of your Internal Compass and deepen your awareness of what guides your choices, actions, and relationships.

There are no right or wrong answers. You may find it helpful to write your reflections down, discuss them with someone you trust, or return to the questions over time.

Want to go deeper?

These questions represent only a small part of the reflection participants engage in during LEARN Self-Leadership & Coaching.

Through reflection, coaching conversations, practical exercises, feedback, and dialogue with others, participants deepen their awareness of their Internal Compass and develop the human capabilities needed to lead themselves, build meaningful relationships, support others, and create greater impact.
