Level 2:

Your pathway towards PCC

Our Level 2 pathway combines:

  • LEARN Self-Leadership & Coaching

  • LEARN Coach Training

  • LEARN Advanced Coach Training

‍ This pathway is designed for coaches who are ready to deepen their coaching practice, strengthen their professional capabilities, and progress towards Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level. For those who have completed our Level 1 pathway, LEARN Advanced offers the next step in your development journey towards PCC certification. If your coaching training has been completed elsewhere and you are curious about joining our Level 2 pathway, please get in touch. We would be delighted to discuss your background and help you find the learning journey that best supports your continued growth as a coach.

The program includes coaching demonstrations, repeated practice, reflection, feedback, Mentor Coaching, self-care, a commercial perspective on coaching, and performance evaluation. Participants also complete a project designed to create momentum in their coaching practice and support the continued development of coaching experience.

The learning journey challenges participants to move beyond coaching tools and techniques. Greater attention is given to presence, partnership, subtle patterns in the coaching relationship, and the coach’s ability to trust the client’s capacity to think, choose, and create change.

Graduates who complete the entire Level 2 program can apply for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through ICF’s Level 2 application path.

Current PCC requirements include:

  • 125 hours of coaching education

  • 500 hours of coaching experience, including at least 450 paid hours

  • 10 hours of Mentor Coaching

  • Successful completion of a performance evaluation

  • A passing score on the ICF Credentialing Exam

You can complete the Level 2 education before reaching 500 coaching hours. If you meet the ACC requirements first, you may choose to apply for the ACC credential while continuing to build the experience required for PCC.

Once you have completed the PCC requirements, you can apply to ICF through the Level 2 pathway.
