Corporate Coach Training & Leadership Development
The LEARN Coaching Curriculum can be delivered as an internal training program tailored to your organization. You can choose the complete learning journey or select individual courses that best fit your needs, context, and development goals.
We are also happy to collaborate with you to design a tailor-made program aligned with your values, leadership principles, organizational context, and strategic priorities.
Organizations today recognize the need for high-quality coach training that develops leaders, strengthens coaching capabilities, and creates lasting impact. Through our corporate programs, we make internationally recognized coach training and ICF credential pathways accessible within your organization.
Our coach training programs are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Participants completing courses from our curriculum receive a diploma documenting their training hours, which can be used towards ICF credential requirements. ICF-credentialed coaches can also use our training hours as Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits for credential renewal.
