Key Information
Learn Coaching Advanced: Take your coaching to the next level and further develop your leadership skills. This course is for coaches and leaders who have coaching experience. Through mentor coaching, and extensive practice you will learn with and from others. Use your coaching to engage stakeholders and advance your vision. Get the tools to build a coaching culture in your organization or develop a sustainable coaching business.

About the venue: We host our OSLO courses at Hotel Scandic Sjølyst. The hotel is newly refurbished and is centrally located in the west of Oslo, easily reached by tram, train and bus. Sjølyst is an urban area with more than 80 boutiques, lovely coffee shops and many newly build offices. Recreational areas on Bygdøy and the Vigeland park is within walking distance. Do not be surprised if a walk&talk in the forrest or by the sea is on the agenda, wear comfortable walking shoes to the course!

Admission requirements
Completed Learn Coaching Fundamentals*
Conduct a development sessions part of their application.
Demonstrate coaching on par with ICFs minimum skills requirements for coaches at ACC level.
*Alternatively have completed a course in coaching of at least 60 hours coach specific training.
Duration
8 Virtual sessions, each session: 2 hours.
2 Modules, each module: 2 full days
Coaching Project with Mentor Coaching
In total 76 student contact hours.
Session and Module names
Learn Coaching Advanced succeeds Learn Coaching Fundamentals. That is the reason we call the first interaction Virtual Session 6. You are more than welcome to join us only for Learn Advanced, as long as you meet the admission requirements.

€ 4350 ex. vat.
NOK 45 000,-
The course fee includes 4 conference days with lunch & refreshments.
Payment
Payment by invoice. We invoice a deposit of €1000 upon registration.
The rest is invoiced 30 days before the course starts.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellations 60 days or more prior to course gives you a full refund. Cancellations 30 days or more prior to course gives you 50% of your deposit refunded. Cancellations 29-15 days before course starts gives you a 30% refund. Cancellations 14 days or less before course starts gives no refund – but you can give away your seat at the course to someone else.
